Best Answer have apple or pineapple juice. thy sort your stomach out straight away. or black grapes before bed time and have warm water after it. constipation can cause i t, eating too fast can cause it too or just your metablism can do it. stress causes it. all sorts can bring it on. spicy food too etc. for some ppl milk works, for others, it makes it worse. depends which one of them u are.
