Question What can you eat with the acid reflux diet that's really healthy?
I want to go on a diet and I might have celiacs disease ( my doctors aren't sure) and I have acid reflux but I take medicine for that. But these diets are strict so what can I eat. I need help please.

Question If I Were To On A Acid Reflux Diet And Drink Nothing But Water For The Next 6 Weeks, Well This Heal My LES?
Or lower esphogus spinical? If I also excited too, well this heal my LES and never have to put up with acid refluxes?
